Terms of Service

These terms apply when you enrol in a course, request a quote, or engage us for corporate training through this site.

1. Who you are contracting with

VirtualTrainingPro is a trading name of Virtual Infrastructure Services LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Your contract is with that company.

2. What we are, and what we are not

We are an accredited ISACA Training Organization. We are not ISACA. We prepare you for the exam; we do not set it, mark it, or decide who passes. ISACA administers its own certifications, sets the eligibility and experience requirements, and makes the certification decision. Nothing we do binds ISACA in any way.

3. Enrolment and payment

Your place is confirmed when payment clears, not when you submit the form. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the course page at the time of enrolment. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms.

4. Exam vouchers and membership

Where a course includes an ISACA exam voucher or membership, we buy it in your name and pass it to you. Its validity window, terms and expiry are ISACA's, not ours, and we cannot extend or refund a voucher once ISACA has issued it. Booking and sitting the exam within that window is yours to manage.

5. Schedule, and what happens if it moves

Cohort dates are published before you enrol. If we have to move or cancel a cohort — too few enrolments, instructor illness — you may transfer to the next cohort at no cost or take a full refund. That is our whole liability for a schedule change.

If you cannot attend, tell us before the cohort begins and we will move you to the next one at no charge, once.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• More than 7 days before the first session: full refund.
• Within 7 days of the first session: full refund less the cost of any exam voucher or ISACA membership already issued in your name, since we cannot recover that.
• After the first session: no refund, but you may transfer to a later cohort once within 12 months.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. What we cannot promise

We cannot promise you will pass. Certification depends on your preparation, your experience, and ISACA's decision. Any pass rate we quote describes past cohorts and is not a prediction about you. We also make no promise about a job, a salary, or a promotion following certification.

8. Course materials

Slides, labs, notes and recordings we provide are licensed to you personally for your own study. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or used to train or deliver anyone else's course. Materials that belong to ISACA remain ISACA's and are governed by its terms.

9. Recording and conduct

Sessions may be recorded so enrolled participants can review them. You may not record sessions yourself without our written consent, out of respect for the other participants. We may remove anyone from a session for conduct that disrupts it, without a refund.

10. Corporate training

Corporate engagements run on a separate written statement of work, which prevails over these terms wherever the two disagree.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of any course is limited to the fees you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or the cost of a failed exam attempt.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and the courts of New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you enrolled, and the date at the top tells you which that is.
