Secure Cloud & DevSecOps Engineering
Secure the cloud — a top-three skills gap.

Secure Cloud & DevSecOps engineering closes two of the three largest skills gaps in the market — cloud security and zero trust. This cohort-based track takes cloud, platform and DevOps engineers from securing their pipelines to owning cloud security end to end.
The track at a glance
| Stage | Focus | You leave able to |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Foundational | Secure IaC & DevSecOps Foundations | Bake security into Terraform/IaC and CI/CD with policy-as-code, secrets management and supply-chain controls. |
| 2 · Specialization | Cloud Security Engineering | Secure AWS and Azure (incl. GCC High) — identity, network segmentation, CSPM and zero-trust architecture. |
| 3 · Certification | Cloud Security Certification cohort | Prepare for a cloud-security credential such as ISACA CCAK and CCSP-aligned cloud security. |
Stage 1 — Secure IaC & DevSecOps Foundations
Security built into how software ships: securing Terraform and infrastructure-as-code, policy-as-code (OPA/Sentinel), CI/CD pipeline hardening, secrets management, and software supply-chain controls (SBOM, signing). Taught by engineers who run compliant IaC for regulated clients every day.
Stage 2 — Cloud Security Engineering
Securing real cloud estates on AWS and Azure — including Azure Government / GCC High for regulated and defense workloads. Identity and access, network segmentation, cloud security posture management (CSPM), logging and detection, and zero-trust architecture.
Stage 3 — Cloud Security Certification cohort
Convert the skills into a credential: preparation toward ISACA's CCAK (Certificate of Cloud Auditing Knowledge) and CCSP-aligned cloud security — the recognitions employers screen for.
Roles you'll be ready for
DevSecOps Engineer and Cloud Security Engineer — specializations that command a clear premium and stay in short supply.
Why now
Cloud-security vacancies run about 30% above the IT average, and cloud security and zero trust are the second- and third-largest reported skills gaps. Framed for regulated and compliance-heavy teams, this is a lane the generic DevOps schools don't serve.
